About the space

I am currently in search of two female roommates to share a three bedroom/ two bathroom apartment. The apartment is furnished, therefore all you would need is your bedroom furniture. The rent includes water, pest control, and waste valet. Electricity and Wi-Fi will be separate. Rent should be roughly 585 per person. Must be at least 21 years old as you will need to be added onto the lease and cannot do so if you are underage according to apartment management. Lease will be renewed December 1st and all you will need to pay is first months rent and a 55 dollar application processing fee, as the security deposit has already been paid for. Must be okay with animals as I have two dogs!
