Near Powell's Books on Hawthorne, blocks away from two grocery stores, Laurelhurtst Park, & 10-minute bus ride downtown. Current tenants are three folks in their late 20s and a very friendly pitbull. Looking for an accountable, COVID-cautious, tidy subletter for the summer. Bedroom can be furnished (Queen bed with linens, smart TV, desk, dresser, bookshelf) or unfurnished.
