Large Luxury Home near Downtown, 12th S, Vandy, & Belmont, Safe & Quiet Area, 5 BR, 3.5 baths, Huge Kitchen, Workout room, Media Room, & Pool Table The Wildwood House is a 4400sf home with Classic styling, but modern construction. We are the home owners, NOT hired property managers, and the care and attention we give to our homes and our guests is reflected in how we set up and manage the homes we own. The house is BIG ! 3.5 baths.. l Our properties cannot host events or large parties. No recreational vehicles, buses, or trailers . No more than 4 vehicles allowed. All of these regulations are strictly regulated by Metro Codes Motorcycles with pre-approval only, due to potential noise issues. We ask that you respect our Nashville neighbors. If you want to bring your pet that's fine. We love pets, we just need you to notify us up front, so we can schedule a "Deep Clean" of the carpets and upholstery before the next guests arrive. We generally limit this to two dogs under 40 lbs. The interior of The Wildwood house is awesome. Altogether we have four kings and one queen, plus a premium inflatable Queen and Twin bed. we can sleep 2 more on the couches if needed. By putting the air beds the Media room and the Workout room, we can provide up to 7 private, lockable sleeping and dressing areas for diverse groups.Other amenities include Washer & Dryer, , Cable TV, Blu-Ray player and Disc library, books, board games, Pool Table, and High speed WiFi.All you need to bring is your clothes and your food. We provide coffee and the basic kitchen amenities. We love our city and you will too !
