Amazing Private Room available in a very Popular Ballard Location only a 1/2 block from the Ballard High School available February 1st. This is a 1st floor room with private in suite bath and in backyard a beautifully furnished Patio to enjoy with fountain as well in the warmer months with tons of plants with access directly from your room. Monthly rate includes cable, WiFi and all utilities. You must be a pet lover as I have a small dog, a king Charles Cavalier Spaniel. Hendrix is very loving, hypoallergenic and friendly dog and goes outdoors through 1st floor bedroom pet doors. Your Room has a large picture window and a side window that slides open. There is a key less entry system for the house front door entering the foyer so no keys needed to get in. You enter your room from foyer. Other 2 bedrooms are located on the 3rd floor.
This room is fully furnished with a very comfy Queen bed, all bedding and towels for bath, TV w/Xfinity cable box with HBO and a ton of channels, an armoire to hang clothes a dresser and chair, closet and garage space for storage and night stand with additional drawers. This is a 3 story townhouse that is a stand alone unit in a complex with other units that share the driveway. There is a BBQ for use on the main floor balcony.
I am a 3 block walk from Rapid Ride Bus D that takes you directly to downtown. The neighborhood is alive and thriving. Less then one block from me are excellent restaurants, ice cream, breakfast places, amazing wine store, high end eateries and bars including the best NY style pizza in Seattle Delancey, the Portalis wine store, Frankie & Jo's Ice Cream parlor, Tarasco Mexican bar and restaurant, Fat Hen for super good breakfast and the best bakery and coffee in Ballard-Rosellini's Bakery and Grumpy D's Coffee House. You cannot beat this neighborhood. There is free street parking if you have a car. There is also a Football field with track, tennis courts and a public swimming pool only 1/2 block away at Ballard High School where you can run and use the field as well. Booming Downtown Ballard is a only a 20 minute walk with a wonderful Sunday farmers market year round and so many new bars and restaurants its endless! I am right in between 2 beautiful parks for hiking, etc. which are less then a 10 minute drive to Discovery Park and Carkeek Park or easily take the D bus.
You will be sharing the house with 2 other roommates whose bedrooms are located on the the 3rd floor, everyone has their own private in suite bath attached to their bedrooms. I am a female owner. 3rd Tidy roommate needed.
The second main floor has a large kitchen-recently remodeled and fully stocked with everything you will need to cook a great meal. There is an additional 1/2 bath on the 2 floor main level as well. The living room area has a large sectional sofa for watching games and enjoying movies, Cable TV w/HBO, Amazon, Netflix on a large flat screen smart TV. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room on 2nd main living area floor. Smoking is allowed only on patio or outside front door. I am very active outdoors and travel often as I have a vacation home in Canada as well so you will have plenty time to have the entire house to yourself. You will love my home, comfort and privacy.
