Hi! I’m a 26 y/o technical consultant looking for a mid-20’s/early 30’s roommate for a 2 bed 1 bath apartment in Brighton for a 12 month 9/1 lease. My current roommate is moving to be closer to work, but I LOVE this apartment and would hate to lose it!
Details about the area:
- Right next to the Chiswick Rd T stop on the green B line (1 min walk!)
- 40 minutes to downtown boston by T. I also always get a seat, I didn’t realize how important that would be
- Right next to Yamato (all you can eat sushi!!), a Pho restaurant, and a super convenient corner store
- Coffee shops and restaurants right around the corner
- Free street parking
- Star market 13 minute drive away
Apt details:
- First/last month’s rent required
- The lease starts sept 1, but the current tenant is already moved out and looking for a subletter, if you’d like to move in earlier!
- You can start move things in before move-in date if you need to!
- Split-level 2 bed 1 bath with a huge living room and good sized bedrooms
- Fully furnished living room and kitchen, but plenty of space to bring your own stuff
- Large built in closet in bedroom, also lots of storage in the apt (including a storage room)
- A window wall in the living room that faces the street (tons of natural light!)
- Large porch at the front of the apt
- SUPER cute pink bathroom
- Large desk and chair available for you to use whenever!
- Super responsive management, i love them
About me:
- I’m a 2019 Tufts graduate working as a technical consultant in downtown boston
- I go in person 3 days a week! On the other two work days, i’m usually somewhere in the living room on my laptop
- I’m pretty easygoing! I like to go to pilates a few days a week and explore the city on the weekend 😊
- I’m relatively clean (my room can be messy sometimes, but I’ll keep the common areas neat)
Who I’m looking for:
- Preferably someone in their mid-20’s/early 30’s
- Someone easygoing and clean-ish!
- Queer friendly
- Non-cigarette smoking
- Someone who likes to try new restaurants is always a plus!
